♥ 2 YEARS OLD!!! ♥

It's so sad that we are already at this milestone ... 2 YEARS OLD ... it went by in super fast forward mode, and it makes me sad it's not slowing down any. She is such a blessing and joy in our lives and this is such a fun age! She is FULL of energy non-stop and picking up everything she can from us. She is talking a lot (not always the clearest) but it's fun to see what she picks up on. She jumps, hops, rolls, dances, wiggles, climbs .... is always on the go go go!! We are excited to see the changes this next year brings her and to see her as a big sister is really exciting!

- She can sign over 30 words
- She is out of control with climbing
- She matches colors
- She can identify 6 shapes - triangle, heart, star, circle, square & moon
- She is trying to count - she'll go "one, two" but doesn't get past that
- She loves to pray ... she says "pray" and folds her hands and says gibberish
- She can jump up & down and do summer salts
- She loves to paint, color, play with play dough & play with chalk
- She is a mama's girl most of the time but LOVES to be in the garage with Daddy messing around
- She loves to tickle people & pretend to honk their noses 
- She can open the front door and the garage door independently 
- She knows the name of a couple of her friends and cousins (Noah, Cole, Isaac, Kenadi, Sydney & Echo) 
- She still wears 12 month clothes (her weight isn't even on the chart anymore - we need to plump her up!) 
- She loves to wash her hands & brush her teeth ... all herself
- She can name & point to 10 body parts on herself and on others or toys
- Whenever we tell her NO she likes to test us and she says "why" ... little stinker!
- She is an EXTREMELY picky eater - often will only eat 1 meal a day
- She likes to sing & dance 
- She loves to wear her dress up princess shoes
- She names simple pictures in a book
- She likes to stack blocks
- Often she'll still take 2 naps a day ... lucky me!!!
- She says things like "I get it" or "I color" or "I do it" or "I kick" 
- She knows her name
- When you ask her how old she is she says "two two two" and wiggles her 2 pointer fingers :)
- She loves her baby dolls & airplanes 
- She started saying "thank you mommy daddy"
- She notices when she hurts you and will say "sorry"
- She loves her toes painted ... will bring me the polish & sit down & wiggle her toes
- She will burp or toot and say "excuse you"
- When we sneeze she says "bless you"
- She is working on potty training ... very casually ... but she does understands the sensation of it & will tell me "potty" or "poopy" before or after she goes ... but is scared of sitting on the potty ... so on the right track, just not there ... yet!!
