Every month with Emily just keeps getting more and more fun! This month we’ve seen some BIG changes in her. She giggles more, she started to sit all by herself, she started to crawl and scoot around, she likes to scream just to herself scream, she isn’t liking solid foods anymore – she won’t eat anything but oatmeal and green beans, she won’t sit still for a diaper change and likes to feel what is down below when her diaper is off, she likes it when I sing "You are my Sunshine" to her, she still likes the sippy cup, she sleeps for about 12 hours at night (but wakes up twice), she will smile at anyone giving her attention, she LOVES her Daddy! Her face lights up when she sees him, she likes to hold one foot and play with her toes when she is eating a bottle, when she wakes up in the middle of the night she finds her binky and puts it in her mouth, she likes to sleep on her side or tummy, she can still fit in 3 month clothing, she loves to touch the dogs and pull on their ears, she likes to spit, if she is screaming classical music immediately calms & quiets her, she likes to feed herself snacks, she takes 2 power naps during the day (usually 20-45 minutes), she likes to ride in the swings at the park, she puts EVERYTHING in her mouth, she pulls her hair (and mine too) - hard!!, she likes to ride in shopping carts at stores, she is just a big ball of energy, always excited and happy!
