♥ 5 Months old ♥

 13 lbs!

Time is going by SO FAST! My baby will be 6 months old in just 3 days!! Makes me sad. It's hard for me to remember a few months back to when she was a newborn (probably because it was so bad - I blocked it out of my head!) This month has been really fun! She is still a shrimp. She is still in 0-3 month clothes! She has a cute personality and it's starting to show. She seems REALLY smart to us ... maybe that's because we are the parents? Or maybe it's because we have never had a child so we don't know when they should hit certain milestone .. I don't know, but if you ask us ... she is smart! She is rolling like crazy, she'll even roll in circles around the living room. She is scooting and pushing herself up on her knees and a couple times even go to like a tee pee stand. I defiantly think she'll be crawling soon! Her hand-eye coordination is to me pretty impressive! If you hold something up or put something just out of her reach or if she sees something next to her she grabs it and puts it in her mouth! Seeeeee s-m-a-r-t :D She loves to suck on her toes! She learned she can spit and cough, so she does those two things regualr for her entertainment. She LOVES to put everything she can grab in her mouth. She likes to pull my hair, and grab at our face, and suck on dad's fingers! She has been eating solid foods, starting this month. She is still trying to get the hang of gumming and swallowing a more thick food, and different tastes. She likes green beans and oatmeal the best and doesn't really care for rice cereal, squash, or sweet potatoes. She has also had those puff cereal snacks and she loves those. She likes to drink water out of her sippy cup! She likes to be outdoors and see new things. We still try to walk or go on a bike ride often. This month she has realized that we have dogs and she likes to pet Milo and just watch them play. She is now in a real routine and she is sleeping better ... a few times this month she slept for 10 hours straight!!!!!! She still doesn't laugh or talk much, but every once in a while she slips up and we catch her doing talking or laughing and it's so cute! Her laugh just melts me! We love this child!

She is starting to eat solid foods & use a sippy cup:
