Our 3rd Wedding Anniversary
Eric’s mom came to visit us and it also happens to be our 3rd Wedding Anniversary, so we decided to go to the Oregon Coast to celebrate since that is where we had our honeymoon. It was a frustrating drive there and back – we drove a total of 19 hours! Not fun! The weather was in the 60s and I think the winds were 10-20 mph every day. The nicest day was the day we left (of course!) It sure was pretty though! Eric got to fly his stunt kite a lot. It’s crazy how fast that thing goes! I did a lot of shopping at the outlet mall –there were so many cheap deals there! And his Mom enjoyed the beautiful scenery the most. We got to eat dinner on our Anniversary at this restaurant called Kyllos in Lincoln City – we had dinner there on our honeymoon, so it was special to go back there! We stayed at this cute cottage house (www.bellabeach.com) right next to the beach. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it all. Here are some pictures from the trip …
